Head Coach Glenn Farello
Camp Director
Glenn Farello will be entering his 19th year as head coach at PVI and 28th overall in 2025-2026.
His teams have been ranked in the Top 20 in the DC Metro Area 21 years, including #1 in 2012 , 2014, 2018, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025.
His teams have been ranked in the Top 25 in the country for 18 seasons, and the 2012, 2014, 2018, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 PVI teams finished ranked in the Top 10 nationally. The 2023 team spent 8 weeks #1 in the nation and the 2024 team finished ranked #1 in MaxPreps and #2 in ESPN! This year’s team finished ranked #10 in ESPN.
Coach Farello has been named Coach of the Year 17 times, most recently the Washington Post All Met COY 2025, WCAC COY in 2018, 2019 & 2024 and VIS COY in 2018, 2020, 2022, 2023 & 2024.
His overall record stands at 618-221 entering next season.

Panthers in the Community:
PVI basketball staff, coaches and players are highly visible in the community - participating in Special Olympics, PVI Options Program, Northern Cheyenne Indian basketball clinics, hosting summer camps and fund raising activities for local charities.
